In the event of an unavoidable incident, we may cancel events or alter the event format to benefit the client. In such cases, we will notify all participants, community members, and others regarding the changes through timely notifications, emails, social media, blog posts, or other communication channels. Additionally, updates regarding changes will be provided in the notification section of our event website. The details you shared at the time of registration may be used to keep you informed about our upcoming meetings or any alterations to our events. We will utilize some of your non-sensitive information (including your name, affiliation, institute, presentation title, research interests, etc.) for the purpose of promoting our events and indexing your profile. Additionally, we may upload all this information to our event websites to improve visibility and facilitate successful events.
We do not hold responsibility for the actions or conduct of any attendee during the events; it is essential for all attendees to manage their behaviour with respect and consideration for others throughout the events, ensuring that their actions remain formal and professional. We will not accept any behaviour that is unkind or aggressive during the event. Should we encounter any issues related to this, we will take immediate action against the individuals involved. Our commitment is to maintain a safe and productive environment for all participants. We do not hold responsibility for the visa procedures of attendees; however, we can assist them by supplying invitation letters and other essential documents. The content on our website may contain hyperlinks to various third-party websites, and it is subject to promotion and marketing. All communication and presentations at our events must be conducted exclusively in the English language to establish an international platform. We advise all presenters to refrain from using any copyrighted materials in their presentations. You are required to cover any damages or expenses (excluding registration facilities) incurred by you during the event days. We do not assume responsibility for your personal expenses, as we charge a minimal and reasonable fee for registration. Additionally, the registration fee does not encompass travel and accommodation costs. During the event, any unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is strictly forbidden. If you wish, you may collect your photos and other recordings from our professional photographer at no charge after the event. All attendees are responsible for their own belongings; we do not accept responsibility for any personal items belonging to our event attendees. We reserve the right to oversee all comments and any form of feedback directed towards us. Should we encounter any offensive content or issues related to a comment, we retain the authority to remove it without prior notice. We only present the most current information on any subject available at that time; if any of our information is deemed inappropriate or irrelevant to the topic, it is entirely unintentional and beyond our awareness.
Your reservation will be confirmed solely upon completion of the payment process; without registration, no seat will be reserved for any individual.
